The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Died in an LA Traffic Collision

The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a car accident in California he was 55 years old.

His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.

The celebrated game designer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a freeway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, as reported by.

"This represents an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's loved ones, his family, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," an official with Electronic Arts stated.
